Pole Position Internet Service Ltd

Privacy & GDPR Policy (abbreviated)

Pole Position Internet Services Ltd takes your privacy seriously — which, in practice, means we don't do anything dodgy with your data.

What we collect

If you get in touch via our contact form or by email, we'll have your name, email address, and whatever you've written to us. That's about it.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, and if we end up working together, to manage that relationship. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or do anything else with it that you wouldn't expect.

How long we keep it

General enquiries are kept for around 12 months. If you become a client, we'll hold relevant correspondence and records for up to 6 years, as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Cookies

Our website may use basic analytics cookies to help us understand how people find and use the site. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Just drop us an email at gdpr@poleposition.uk.com and we'll sort it.

Questions or concerns

If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — but we'd always rather you came to us first.
